Standard production time is 1-3 days to finish and ship after details are confirmed. Cutoff time is 1 PM for high chance of same-day shipping. Shipping times: Luzon 1-3 days, Visayas 3-5 days, Mindanao 4-7 days.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order is ₱500 + shipping fee. Free shipping for orders ₱1000 and above. All prices are VAT-inclusive (we are NON-VAT registered).

What materials and finishes do you offer?

Base materials: PP White, Matte White, and Transparent (waterproof and scratch-proof); Satin (not waterproof — indoor dry use only). Lamination options include Glossy, Matte, Holographic, Broken glass, Snowflake, and Glitter. See our lamination guide blog for details. Maximum print area is 13 inches x 19 inches.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) via J&T Express, bank transfers (BDO, RCBC, EastWest, BPI under name "Jaype Sison"), and GCash (09176541924). Proof of payment required for bank transfers and GCash.

What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?

Die-cut stickers are cut through the backing paper to the exact shape. Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the sticker material only, remaining on a sheet — ideal for bulk orders.

Our waterproof sticker labels are suitable for food packaging applications. You are responsible for ensuring regulatory content (ingredients, expiry, etc.) is accurate.

Yes. We print barcode labels for retail, inventory, and logistics. Provide your barcode artwork and we print on durable waterproof sticker materials.

What is glossy vs matte finish?

Glossy and matte are lamination finishes applied on top of your base material. Glossy has a shiny, vibrant look ideal for bold colors. Matte has a non-reflective, elegant finish ideal for premium products and text-heavy labels.

Can I order transparent labels?

Yes. Transparent is available as a base material for a seamless look on clear packaging. Transparent lamination is also available as a finish option.

Is waterproofing included in the price?

Yes. PP White, Matte White, and Transparent are waterproof and scratch-proof at no extra charge. Satin is not waterproof.

What file format should I send for printing?

What is your return policy?

We guarantee satisfaction on print quality. If there is a production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or resolve the issue.
